Pinaki Kar
President – Technology Solutions
Pinaki Kar is the President of our Technology Solutions Business and spearheads our IT services & Staffing business, Business Process Management and Customer Life Cycle management business across India, US, Canada and Singapore. Pinaki has over 23 years of experience in the industry and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in Global Technology Services. In his last assignment with Zensar Technologies, Pinaki was the President & Chief Executive of Infrastructure Management & Cloud Solutions. Prior to joining Zensar, Pinaki was the CEO & President of Wipro Infocrossing where he had the opportunity to execute a gamut of roles spanning P&L leadership, Geography Head, Sales & Marketing, M&A, Corporate Development & Strategy.Pinaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has been a keynote speaker in leading industry forums like Gartner Summit and IDC Conclave. He has also represented the Indian IT Industry as a member of the Prime Minister’s business delegation during the then PM’s state visit.
Marc Bolduc
Chief Operating Officer
With over 18 years of experience in financial and operational leadership positions, Marc is an experienced executive with a proven history of developing and managing strong teams. Marc holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Brainhunter. Prior to his current role with Brainhunter, Marc spent 15 years in other senior financial and operational roles in the consulting, staffing and solutions industry. Marc is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
